Standard property package $125 for a one hour shoot. 

This includes:

Walk through with real estate agent/builder/stager

25-30 high resolution images of both exterior and interior shots

Minor staging and decluttering for photoshoot 

Additional photoshop work and editing 

Travel to any location in Twin Cities Metro Area (up to 30 miles of travel from zip code 55337)

Images will be emailed, or loaded onto share site

24-hour turn around on processing

In View Fotos has Supra Key access, the homeowner/realtor need not be present  


Slideshow Tour: $50 (when you purchase a slideshow tour, you will receive an extra 15 shots of the property)

Travel 30+ miles from zip code 55337 (Burnsville) will be subject to mileage fee.

Properties larger than 3,500 sq ft may take additional time, and be subject to additional charge.
