Consultation with homeowner and real estate agent

35-40 high resolution images of both exterior and interior shots

Minor staging and decluttering for photoshoot

Additional photoshop work and editing 

Travel to any location in Twin Cities Metro Area (up to 30 miles of travel)

Images will be emailed, or loaded onto share site

24-hour turn around on processing

In View Fotos has Supra Key access, the homeowner/realtor need not be present  


Foreclosure/Short sale package:

30 minute shoot is $75. This fee includes:

15-20 High resolution images of both exterior and interior shots

additional photoshop work and editing

Travel to any location in the Twin Cities Metro area (up to 30 miles of travel)

Images will be emailed, or loaded onto a share site

Additional Services

Additional hour: $75

Slideshow Tour: $25 (when you purchase a slideshow tour, you will receive an extra 15 shots of the property)

Travel 30+ miles from zipcode 55337 (Burnsville) will be subject to mileage fee.
